Washing Body:
Wash as you normally would with soap.
**When washing hair, make sure to take your time while cleansing and rinsing. Missing parts of roots/scalp/hair while washing may cause your hair to not be clean. If you do not rinse all the soap out, your scalp may be itchy. So, take your time and love your wash time!
**Detox is normal if your hair is used to chemcial shampoos. Soap seems to be safe for colored hair, since color is inside the hair, not just ontop of the strands like chemcial shampoo. (Test patch first if you're concerned)
**If you absolutely need to use conditioner, use conditioner on your ENDS ONLY! Otherwise, you're defeating the purpose of healthier roots/scalp/hair.
