Use as you would vapor rub, so best when used at night before bed.

Chest: Apply a very small amount on chest (a little goes a long way and will melt to body heat). Once applied, do not over rub. You want to be able to enjoy the aroma of the essential oils and for them to slowly be absorbed through the skin.

Nose: Apply a dab (at the most) to the outer rim/below your kids nose. AWAY FROM THE MOUTH. A little will go a long way, and will melt to your body heat. Do not over rub.
