Work up a thick lather
Apply bar directly to skin (neck down)
Rub skin upwards towards the creases of the body...to your center
Allow suds to sit on skin for a few mintues
Rinse/Dry as you typically would
**For best results, once out of the shower...pair with a dry brush.
