Peach Ring Gummies

As the season starts to wind down, let's make some peaches into a healthy alternative that you can benefit from.

What you need: - Food processor/blender - Fine mesh strainer - Ring mold (or mold of your choice) - 1lb peaches (peeled & sliced). Fresh is best but frozen works. - 1/3c orange juice. Fresh is going to get you the best & less sugar, but bottled works too. - 2Tbsp + 1tsp gelatin of your choosing - 2 Tbsp honey *Optional -> sweetener of your choice How To: 1. Add peaches and orange juice to blender or food processor. 2. Blend until fully liquid. 3. Strain liquid (pushing down pulp with spatula) over a medium sized pot you can also use on the stove. You want about 1 1/4 cup of juice after straining. 4. Add honey to the fresh strained juices. 5. Stir. 6. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture & lightly mix. 7. Allow to harden for approximately 2 minutes. 8. Put stove safe pot on low heat for 3-4 minutes or until fully liquid. 9. Use a dropper (or carefully spoon or pour) liquid into your ring mold. 10. Put mold in fridge 4-6 hours or until fully set. 11. Carefully remove from mold. 12. OPTIONAL -> Toss gently in sweetener of your choice. Store in Fridge
