How it Works
1. Make sure you create an account (it's FREE) on the website - so incentive can be given.
2. When a new local order is placed: drop off your empty, CLEAN & DRY containers that need to be filled on the business front porch in a bag with the name that is on the order.
3. LBN will fill them with new product from the order that was placed.
4. Once filled, the order placed online will be updated per usual and will be required to be picked up by the customer.

I believe in a world with less waste. When containers are refilled, it helps LBN stay zero-waste—and I'm happy to pass those savings back to you, creating the 'Full Circle Reward'.

Complete the circle. Return your empty CLEAN & DRY containers for a $1 credit per container (that needs refilled) toward your next refill.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if I order without logging into my account?
- Incentives as listed above cannot be applied without a account & cannot be used unless logged in. So, having an account and being logged in is HIGHLY recommended.

2. What if my order is up BEFORE I am able to drop the containers off?
- The orders are made in the order they are received. If the order comes up and there are no containers to refill, the order will be filled per usual, and no credit will be given to the account until another order is placed - where the containers can then be used. No containers equal no incentive/credit.

3. Do my containers always come back to me?
- YES. Due to sanitary purposes, your containers will ONLY be used for your order(s). This is also why if the containers are not dropped off by the time the order is made, an incentive is not given as they are not yet filled.

4. Is there a limit to how many times I can refill a container?
- YES. If you are refilling an item that has a pump/spray, I will only refill it 3x max before requiring a new one. An easier way to keep track would be - purchasing a bigger refill to refill your smaller pumps/sprays at home. Once that bigger container is done - purchase a 1oz and start the cycle over.

5. I want to refill my smaller container from a bigger refill size, but online only offers 1oz options.
- Contact LBN and we can see what we can do to make it easier on both of us!

5. Do I have to use LBN containers to refill them?
- NO. You can fill your order with containers of your own (highly recommend glass only). LBN has filled mason jars and other forms of glass that is not from LBN. It's YOUR choice. If you order a 1oz container and have a 2oz jar, it will only be filled for the 1oz (unless a previous discussion has been had).

6. What if I do not clean my jars/sprays before coming?
- It will not be filled & no incentive will be given. It MUST be clean AND dry - without water inside (including the pumps/sprays). Remember, water equals bacteria and I am not willing to risk your health OR the quality of LBN.

7. Can you just replace the spray & pump so I don't have to purchase new?
- For locals, yes. However, the incentive will go down to $.50 per container needing a new pump/spray. This will only be an option IF there are replacement pumps/sprays available. If none are available, you must purchase new OR do the action of #4 FAQ.
