How it Works
1. Make sure you create an account (it's FREE) on the website - so incentive can be given.
2. Take your CLEAN LBN JARS ONLY, put your name inside the box (so identity is clear for the account you want the incentive to be added to) & ship to:

It's recommended to reuse LBN packaging to send back - this lessens the carbon footprint of shipping items as well.
**If you haven't ordered before: Order as is on the site and start the program after your first purchase.**
3. Once the jars are received & verified, the incentive will be applied to your account which can be used as you wish for future orders. Please read #4 on the FAQ below for further information about this topic.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if I order without logging into my account? Or don't sign up for an account?
- Incentives cannot be applied without an account & cannot be used unless logged in. Having an account is the only way to receive any type of incentive.

2. What if I order BEFORE my jars get to LBN?
- The orders are made in the order they are received. If the order comes up and there are no jars for refill, the order will be filled per usual. No credit will be given to the account until the package is received & verified.​

3. Are you only offering this program for LBN jars?
- At this time, YES. This is due to sanitary and quality purposes. I am always looking for better options, but for now, jars are the only thing accepted. Credit/incentive will only be given for jars.​​

4. What if I do not clean my jars before sending them back to LBN?
- The specific jar(s) will not be reused & no incentive will be given for shipping or for the jar(s). It MUST be clean AND dry. Remember, water equals bacteria and I am not willing to risk your health OR the quality of LBN.​​
