Choose your steamer. Place steamer on the floor in the back/corner of the shower away from direct stream of water.

For best results, get the steamer a little wet set it on a shelf in the shower as close to you as possible. Breath the vapors in with nice slow and deep breaths as it dissolves. 
Outside the shower and need a pick me up? Drop one into a bowl of hot water and sit near it to treat yourself with the scented vapor.

*While you may want to, it is advised NOT to use these in the bath. They are highly concentrated.

Sweet Dreams - orange, juniper, lavender, german chamomile, coriander seed. Helps to have you fall asleep faster, longer & promotes relaxation.
