Shampoo - Wash hair outside of the main stream of water. Rinse thoroughly. Slip in the hair means it there is still soap in the hair. Rinse until all slip is gone. (for more in depth information, please see the hair section, then any of the shampoos)

Body soap - Use as you would normal body soap.
