Energy Healing has been used for centuries to help raise a ones frequency. Most people use a combination of symbols, but here, I do things a bit differently. I do not use symbols...rather, through prayer, I pray to God and Angels to help me.
At the end, we talk about what was experienced and talk through steps to maybe make things better.
